Lorie, for giving me the Pro-Care Collision option and pre-approving the repair; and then for following up to make sure things had gone smoothly (they had!) (I cannot find an e-mail: I think Lorie called me to set up the initial repair information, sent me information in the mail, and called to make sure everything had been done.) Mark, will you please forward this to her if you have an e-mail address? What great customer Service! Kevin, Kenny and Annette, for working around my schedule and having my car ready on Tuesday evening before I returned to work the next day. Your work is amazing: one would never know anything had ever happened.

I have had a issue with my car and truck for sometime. I have a 70's model Trans AM all original with 60k having mulitple issues. Not only did they fix them all, Procare charged me fairly. I wanted quality work done to my car and they delivered, on time and on target. I was so impressed with the work I brought my truck to them as well. The truck was in a wreck and the door was never properly aligned. The truck made a wind whistle going down the road. The paint on the door was chipping from the original repair, not done by ProCare. I had simply accepted that my truck was repaired incorrectly and I would have to live with it. Procare aligned the door on the first attempt. It took three attempts by the original repair to get me to the unacceptable current level. Additionally, the paint is great and has been for over a year. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

I have been a customer of Pro Care Collision for over 5 years. To say I have been happy with their craftsmanship would be an understatement. Pro Care has worked on many of my personal vehicles. From a 2006 Honda that had hail damage, to a 1967 Mustang that needed minor repairs. Pro Care is the only shop I have seen who can truly blend paint. These are not your typical body-men that replace parts, these are artists who can straighten metal as smooth as glass. I have even had custom paintwork performed on my 2007 Mustang GT. I have had my wife's Lexus and my kids' Mustangs fixed at ProCare over the past 7 years. They did a complete pearl white paint job on the Lexus to perfection and matched the dark green paint on a 5 year old mustang to a T. Have also dropped in for the odd scuff repair and they have been very helpful and done great work.
